There is certainly a difference between being weird and creative. You are weird if you are gonna use your brains and merely judge people around you (we all do that from time to time) instead of expanding your sensibilities through inspirations and influences. It's about time for some people to think different and accept creative ideas into their boring lives. Think different.
It is not weird to support your own friends. You are your worst critique, something that I have learned thus far. I have always shown my support to the fearless dreams of my friends and if that's the least I can do, I will do it for a lifetime. If you dare to dream, you must dare to lead! If you can dream it, you can have it!!!
There is no magic spell that I know of in order to become creative. The nearest equivalent would be to SUPPORT LOCAL TALENT. BE PART OF THE MOVEMENT.
